5 /5 Joshua: These guys truly are the best. I recently retained Mr. Clyde Taylor III for a criminal case out of St. Johns County. I hired counsel from another firm, which was not helpful, but I ultimately decided to substitute them with Mr. Taylor. I could not have made a better decision. From day one, Mr. Taylor and his assistant Katie helped me every step of the way regarding my case. They dont expect you to take the first plea agreement from the state attorneys office. They let you decide on the potential outcome of the case if it is a reasonable request. They wont make any false promises to collect a retainer. Mr. Taylor and Katie answered every request I made regarding my case. I received FULL discovery, including all body-worn camera/dash cam footage, along with any evidence obtained by the sheriffs office. Upon reviewing the camera footage, Mr. Taylor advised me on the next course of action. The original offer was thirty days in the St. Johns County Jail, with probation and fines. Mr. Taylor and I just attended my last court session. The case is now closed. No drug charge, no conviction, no probation, no jail time. ONLY court costs.
Additionally, the charge was reduced to the lowest permissible misdemeanor in criminal court. This is not my first time dealing with the criminal courts; therefore, I have dealt with several attorneys. These guys are by far the best. Dont even waste your time looking for someone else.
