I was buying a condo in Florida, yet I live out of state. Kimberly walked me through the process and made sure I was protected. This put my mind at ease. The seller’s had so many demands and clauses they wanted to put into the contract, but I had Kimberly, who made sure I was covered and/or found a way to get around the demands of the seller. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone looking purchase property in Florida. You won’t be disappointed. She also went above and beyond in reaching out to my daughter, for whom I’m buying the condo, and gave her personal number in case she needs any help as she moves to Florida.
