5 /5 Brandi Davis: Mr. Magaha is not only professional and knowledgeable in Florida state law, but is also the kindest and most compassionate attorney I have ever had the privilege of meeting. After about 10 phone calls to different law offices Mr. Magaha was the ONLY attorney that would even consult with me on my legal issue. After approx 20 minutes into my appointment he found a mistake in the paperwork that I brought for him to read. He then advised me of what action should be taken which gave my new husband and I the out come we desperately needed. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Magaha to anybody needing legal advice and/or representation in his field of expertise! My husband and I will be contacting his law office for ANY and ALL of our future needs! 5 /5 Ronald French: I called the Law office of James Magaha to ask about evicting a tenant to make sure I was following the proper procedures, and he answered all the questions. I had called several attorneys here in Pendacola and all of them wanted 350 dollars to even speak with them. It took him 2 min to answer with no charge. The meeting was free and yet he provided me with guidelines and answered all of my questions. He is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I strongly recommend him.

1 /5 Darren Hohaus: Do not use this Attorney!!!! He will lie and take your money. He charged me $1,500 just for a three day notice, I even served it to I thought save money. I asked this Attorney for a billing statement three times and yet to receive it. At $300 per hour, thats 5 hours to prepare a three day notice. Hell I could have done that. He also stated that calling him would add to the bill. I know it slow for people right now but gouging for the short term is bad business. I fired him and found an attorney who has done it all so far for $250.00. You will get robbed of you use this man.
