From the start, communication was a major issue. The front desk staff were often difficult to speak with—rude, dismissive, and unclear in their explanations, which created confusion around our legal options. There seemed to be a consistent lack of communication not only with us but also internally within the firm. When we sought clarity, the responses often felt condescending, as if the problem was our misunderstanding rather than a lack of clear guidance.
Ultimately, I chose to end my contract, feeling that I was not being taken seriously or receiving the support I needed. I have since retained another attorney who took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explain everything, and treat me with the respect and professionalism that was missing from this experience.
That said, I do want to acknowledge Flor, who was assigned to my case. She was attentive, pleasant, and obliging throughout our interactions. I’m grateful that at least one person at the firm made an effort to be courteous and helpful.
