1 /5 OfficialRose: I recently received a call back from an attorney at this firm, and I was deeply disappointed by the experience. I came prepared with a well-documented, highly detailed civil case — a case with potential to reach high figures in damages.
Rather than listening, the attorney consistently talked over me, rushed the conversation, and seemed more interested in ending the call than actually learning about the facts. When I explained that leadership at the company was part of the problem (and that’s why no formal complaint had been submitted yet), he completely dismissed it and said, “I would just find another job.”
This wasn’t just rude — it was insulting and tone-deaf, especially to someone who has suffered emotional, professional, and financial harm. His attitude reflected zero understanding of trauma-informed advocacy, civil litigation, or how to handle systemic workplace issues.
Had he listened, he would’ve realized he was holding a fully structured, legally documented civil case with strong merit. Instead, he brushed it off with generic advice and passive sympathy. I’m glad I trusted my gut and moved on to a more serious firm.
If you are seeking real representation and respect as a survivor or whistleblower — this is not the place.
