3 /5 Richard Walden: Good place to find a deal on insurance only real complaints have to deal with Dana (the guy) he was not helpful in answering questions was brusk in conversation and overall not a pleasure to work with. While this may not be a problem for people experienced with dealing with insurance. It definitely was off putting for someone searching for guidance. The woman Barbara however took the time to not only answer questions but asked questions to ensure we had what we needed. Since it is a two person shop the rating is split down the middle.

Theyre great to work with and can save lots of time by shopping multiple carriers for you. Friendly and knowledgeable - I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business!

1 /5 Ray Wood: I requested on Apr 8,2021 that my homeowners insurance be canceled effective Apr 15,2021 due to home being sold. I talked to Susan twice, Dana once, left 3 or more voicemails, and still never received the form to cancel. I even emailed them a request and never received a response. I had to cancel the insurance by email directly with American Integrity. I told Dana that I now had WiFi and he could have had me email the cancellation request. Instead, he had Susan call me which was useless. I only rated one star because couldn’t rate them less. Sorry service. Check other insurance agencies before this one.

5 /5 Angel Jackson: I was at first apprehensive because of some of these reviews but they were not my experience at all! I needed quotes for home insurance and Dana at Summit is the only one that answered my call and quickly corresponded through email to get me my quote. Acceptance also answered, but quickly told me they only have one company that writes new policies in FL but only for homes built after 2001! Every other local company I left messages or online queries, and received no call back. Thank you Summit for being so helpful.

5 /5 Pappy G: Summit did a great job getting my Flood insurance switched over from the previous owner. Thanks to hurricane Sally and my closing agent making a mistake the policy never got put in my name. Summit went above and beyond to correct the problem that was no fault of theres and worked hard for 3 hours to get it fixed. Thank you so much.
