A few examples of his customer service: I needed an inspection on my home: It was scheduled within minutes. I needed a quote on home insurance policy, I got that very quickly. I needed copies of my declarations paperwork, and he sent that to me and everyone I needed it to be sent to. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
