5 /5 SARA L.: I was finishing up negotiations on the purchase of a car at the dealer and needed to finalize my insurance before I could drive off. Earlier in the week I had asked my current insurance co. for a quote: the sales person was not very pleasant and quoted an extremely high price - 50% increase in my current policy. I decided I needed to get a competitive quote immediately as I was closing the purchase and would be leaving within the hour. I called Phil White Insurance Agency, State Farm. ( I had been with State Farm previously but when I moved out of the county I ended up going with a local insurer who could also insure my condo.) I spoke with Michael Dugger- very polite and professional from the start. I told him I needed a quote immediately and if all went well I would sign up. He put me at ease and told me he would get back to me in moments. Within 10 minutes he called back and quoted me a fantastic rate that was proximately 50% lower then the verbal I had gotten from my own company- and was very pleasant in addition. I felt that he was truly interested in getting me the best rate possible & was working in my best interests. I signed up and shortly there after drove off in my new Toyota. A week later I followed up with a condo policy which was also a chunk lower. I was then able to increase some coverage while still remaining at $80/year less than my current insurer! Needless to say I really am a happy customer and also feel confident that state farm and not a third-party is providing my insurance. I must thank Michael Dugger most heartily for his work on my behalf, especially during this difficult year.
