5 /5 Darryl Gilliam: Marta A Iannotti was so patient with me and helpful where the amount of time it takes would normally frustrate someone she was patient and very helpful. Im beginning to love south state as a bank and learning to work through the quirks. Helpful employees like this is what the bank needs. I was able to send papers bank and handle my issue with no problem. Banks very clean AC nice coffee water everyones polite. My favorite bank!

1 /5 Consciously Aware: Very unethical behavior exhibited by this bank and this isnt the 1st time..they returned 2 of my credit card payments totaling $100.00 with available cash in my account to cover them both only to turn around and take $70.00 dollars out of my account by declaring both credit card payments as returned with NSF with money in my account..talk about Gestapo tactics..Im currently disputing this and the prior overdraft fees due to this bank and employees not following its policies at all time..One teller does one thing and another teller does something different concerning the same exact type of transactions and everytime I complain about it,Im always told what the banks policies are..But if everyone isnt following the policy of the bank,then why have it?..consumer beware!...
