Alisha Allen Nick is the most ethical and considerate Advisor I know. When I brought my portfolio over from another Advisor, he had no problem telling me it was already performing well and recommended no changes at the time, because his interests are for his clients goals and not for himself. When the 2020 market correction happened, he saw it as an opportunity and made recommendations for me that have since tripled in value. He is easy to talk to, explains things in a way for clients to understand and listens to questions or concerns. He tailors solutions around goals I have for me and my family, and firmly believe he would do just that for you. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a licensed and knowledgeable Financial Advisor.

Shauna Allen The staff were friendly and genuinely caring, which was especially appreciated during a sensitive time when I was handling my late fathers accounts. They were kind and attentive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, one area for improvement would be attention to detail. Although the death certificate was scanned in during my visit, it was later rejected by Bank of Americas estate department due to improper scanning that cut off important information. This oversight unfortunately added weeks of delay to an already challenging process.

Agatha Maude I recently visited Mt Dora to house sit. While there I lost my wallet. Drivers license, bank cards, some cash, insurance cards. The usual stuff. I went to this branch and with very professional steps but not any hassle, I was able to withdraw money from a savings account. I back traced my steps the next day and found my wallet in the mgrs office at a store I had visited. The staff at the bank did everything they could to help me with this scary situation. I love Truist. I have been with Suntrust since maybe 2005. They have always been the friendliest and most helpful group of professionals in any business I have known. You can feel safe and comfortable with this bank.
