One Florida Bank - Chipley (FL)

2 /5 Steve Keator: I came into this bank to cash a check given to me by one of their clients. I presented my ID along with the signed check. After copying the information off my drivers license they asked for more information such as my social security number, I was kind of surprised by being asked a lot of questions to cash their own check, and felt it was quite an invasion of privacy. They tell me they build the profiles of people who come into cash checks, I do not like being profiled

2 /5 TJ James: Im having to switch banks because One Floridas system and app constantly has major issues. I cant count how many times Ive been unable to use the app, and been locked out of accessing my account. There have been glitches which add/remove money from my account which the bank has had to fix, and Ive gotten stuck at restaurants with my card not working and the app just gives me an error and wont work. The staff is great, but their software is a total failure and has put me in bad situations quite a few times. Plus they are closed on weekends (as a local bank would be) so if theres an error with the app (which happens all the time) youre out of luck until Monday, hope you have cash. The app doesnt work properly, and neither does the browser website. I try to make payments and half the time my card declines due to NSF even though the funds are clearly there. The debit card declines at gas pumps, I have to go inside to use the card. Just been an awful service.

3 /5 My Email: I have been with this bank for 7+ years. But I can count about 4 or 5 times where my debit card stops working on a Friday night leaving me with nothing throughout the weekend, even having money in my account. I have searched the website for somewhere to call to get it fixed, no resources. I don’t understand why this happens only on WEEKENDS.
