5 /5 Eugene Stadnyk: Today my wife and I went to Geico Insurance in Winter Haven. We were immediately greeted by Chase Pettus as he was assisting another client. Soon after, he assisted us in obtaining an RV policy. Chase was kind, funny and professional. You could tell he enjoyed his position with Geico. He went above and beyond to help by contacting corporate RV division by phone to complete our policy. It was great to see excellent service still exists and we want to thank him. 5 /5 Roslyn: I had a very challenging express with Geicos 800 customer service. Two the customer service reps dropped the ball in renewing my policy before my license would be suspened. The customer service rep took my last payment owed on my policy. I explained to the rep that my license would be suspended if my policy wasnt renewed by July 14, 2025 by 9:00 PM. Needless to say my license got suspended. I tried calling Geicos 800 number and to no avail I couldnt with a live agent. Tuesday morning I called Geicos local office in Winter Haven and I was given the best customer service I could ask for. I spoke with Chase and he patiently listen to my complaint with understanding and he stayed on the phone with me until he got an underwriter on the phone, he explained to the underwriter how they dropped the ball with my policy renewal. Needless to say my policy has been renewded thanks to Chase. I asked the Underwriter if she could contact Polk County Tax Collecters to confirm my insurance is active. She transferred me to customer service and again I couldnt get a live person. I called my local Geico back and spoke with Glenn. He was familiar with my situation and he apologized for the mess I had gone through with Geico 800#. He told me he and Chase were commited to making sure I was ok. He emailed a copy of my policy to the Tax Collector Office and my license were reinstated right away. I know this is a lengthy rating but everyone should know how great Chase and Glenn are the great part of Geico and I am going to contact them concerning all things Geico. Thanks Chase and Glenn.

5 /5 william Robertson: After being bullied by the competition into paying increase after increase for no apperant reason josh was able to offer a quote for far less than i had been paying for years regardless of my platnium status with the competition! They were personable, patiant and by the end of the conversation i felt assured they worked to get the best rate possible. I felt so much more at ease talking 1 on 1 with a local office rather than dealing with the usuall call room chaos. Definatly give them a call if you havent already!! 10 stars an a high five guys!!
