1 /5 Jose Gomez: If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Ivette was really nice and easy to work with. Until the cost of my insurance went up and I asked them to cancel my policy. Thats when Frank came into the picture. Frank was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Frank enjoys hanging up on people and arguing about things he never said. Frank doesnt even have the gumption to pick up the phone after he hangs up on you. Its been almost 3 months since I cancelled my policy with them and they have not refunded me. I had to call my mortgage company to cancel the payment. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.

5 /5 Alumax Iron Work: Frank, Ivette & Rosita are great people. I have been using them for over 10 years and they always help me with what I need. I am glad I met them while having my business across the street from them and after moving to a new location I would not even consider going somewhere else.
