1 /5 zak tyrrell: Only heard from him day I requested a quote and signed an agreement. When I originally joined Allstate it was $150 a month. Then I checked one day and it was $220. I asked if there was a way to lower it, and he said the only way was to decrease my coverage. So I switched to progressive saving over $400 in 6 months. I reached out to cancel my plan and his assistant Barbara said he was out of town, and she would let him know. I never hear from him to confirm, my plan was cancelled or tell me next steps. Today I got a notice from a collections service saying I owe $98. I called his office to ask what it was about, and he is out of town….. again. Barbara answered and asked if I’d like to make the payment over the phone. Such an awful experience.

5 /5 Cad Con: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eric Childs is the best insurance agent, hands down! While I may not always love Allstate, one thing has remained constant—I absolutely love Eric Childs. He is an outstanding insurance agent who genuinely cares about his customers. Eric consistently goes above and beyond, no matter the time of day or night, seven days a week. He has personally been there to help me and my family when we needed him the most, and that kind of dedication is rare to find. I cant say enough good things about him—not just as an insurance agent, but as a person. If you’re looking for someone who will truly have your back, look no further than Eric Childs. Highly recommended!

Eric and his team are always exceptional with thier prompt and efficient customer service. Whatever questions I have I know I will get a fast and accurate answer.
