They’ll talk to you about other options, but it has never been that salesman approach, which I hate. Ricky was awesome!

She did not pressure me or try to confuse me with irrelevant details which other insurance companies tried to do, which is why Im willing to switch after being with my insurance company after 20 years. She has a wonderful phone manner and she made me feel confident about changing companies.

The staff is always so attentive and quick to respond to messages and emails, which makes communication and issues resolved so much smoother. Ive had the pleasure of talking with many there on the phone, but Ricky Norman definitely left a mark with educating me on things I did not even realize and things I didnt know, especially with the difference of life insurance with work vs outside of work. That trust and connection with the staff means so much, and really shows the level of care this they all provide, and makes you see that they really are looking out for us in more ways than one.
