5 /5 Emma Cordrey: I’ve been to Rowan twice now, four piercings there total, and my experience has always been so great. Stefanie was my nurse both times and she is incredible! She is always so patient and kind. All piercings photographed, other than the first live piercing, have been done by her. I’m obsessed! Stefanie and the rest of the staff at Rowan are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back to her for more piercings!

5 /5 Shannon Wall: Had such a great experience their opening weekend! Baleigh was my nurse today and she took time to talk me through my earring choice with what I already had to make sure I felt like it looked good. She went above and beyond to make sure they were even as well which I appreciate! It smelled like a doctors office which was a huge green flag for me. With an appointment, I was in and out in 30 minutes! I highly recommend!

5 /5 Gina Toor: We took our 6-year-old granddaughter to get her ears pierced, and Nurse Ciera was absolutely wonderful! She treated her with such kindness and patience, explaining everything clearly and making sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Her gentle approach and warm demeanor turned the whole experience into something truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any future piercings!

5 /5 Sofia Simon: Stephanie and Coni helped me pick out jewelry and get all 14 of my piercings back in after I had to take them out unexpectedly. And Stephanie was able to style a new piercing for me! Everyone in the shop is so kind and welcoming and they truly brightened my day. I’m beyond grateful for their help and the atmosphere at Rowan, and I will definitely be back for future piercings! Thank you so so much!!!

5 /5 Sara Musashe: Brought my 3 and 2 year old here to get their ears pierced for the first time. The store was busy for it being their first full day open but that did not take anything away from the experience. I almost think it made it better because my girls got to see other girls coming out with beautiful earrings. Other customers were so sweet coming out and excitedly showing my girls their earrings and giving them encouragement for when it was their turn. We were greeted when we walked in by super friendly staff and were called for our turn with not a long wait (we had walked in). The store itself was super clean, hygienic, and organized. The store manager was extremely friendly and personable, chatting with me and my girls. She even took the time to come check on them during their piercing time and make them feel special. As we left, she called to me and my girls by name, which again, made the girls feel so special. Crystal was amazing with my girls. She was so patient and took her time to ensure that the placement of the piercings were perfect. Her kind and calming demeanor, explaining each step as she went, kept my girls calm during the entire process. I’m convinced that’s a big reason they didn’t even cry! Would highly recommend!
