I was hesitant about the piercing I was getting, but Moss was very knowledgeable and talked me through the different jewelry options so that I would be satisfied with the result. They were very kind and explained every step thoroughly so that I was prepared for my piercing, which I now love! The shop overall has a comfortable atmosphere, and was very clean. I was helped almost immediately when I walked in. Highly recommend!

Lux DeeLight Kinsey I stopped by Kay jewelers to get what I thought was a new battery for my vintage watch. Dina immediately warmly greeted me when I walked in the store and asked how she could help. She was very complementary of my watch and took it back to see about changing the battery. When she returned, she explained the battery is old-fashioned and it does not need a battery. She kindly impatiently explain how the watch worked So now I can confidently wear my vintage watch and keep it working. She didn’t charge me anything for her services, and gave me a thorough explanation of the features. She was able to identify on my vintage watch. My day is brighter And I’m more knowledgeable because of Dina.

Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!

Had an idea what the value was of the coins were that I waned to sell and he looked each one up on a coin value site and gave me a detailed value of each item. His quotes were extremely fair . I can highly recommend them and will return to do additional business with them. As others have said the only people you deal with are the owner and his wife , nice couple.
