He responds in a very timely fashion, gets you the best rates and is a family owned company! Philip Honzik David Deacon is a champ. Stellar service, even for Auto. Ive been looking to shave some monthly costs and looked around a bit. I understand auto isnt necessarily a high-dollar value for agencies, but the other agencies I spoke to didnt really treat me like a person. This place was different. I could tell David cared and that he knows his stuff. We even talked a little baseball. My rate ended up being $17/month less than the next cheapest option with equal coverage and a lower deductible!

Niko Rivera I didn’t get a cheaper quote like i hoped to, but the lady that helped me went above and beyond to try for me. She looked up if my car had a recall - which tends to jack insurance prices up - and it did. She told me to take care of the recall and come back for new quotes. I haven’t gone back yet but plan to soon. It was such a nice experience getting multiple quotes all in one go, and with the help of a polite, patient person.

Mark W All I can say is this company sucks! I had Allen insurance for years before it was bought by out. There are basically three people who supposedly run this company...Tom the new owner, his son Hayden and John who is supposedly supposed to take over the company someday. They are extremely hard to get a hold of when you try to call. Many times Ive tried, they were out golfing. I wanted to cancel my coverage due to the sale of my house. I sold my house in May but my coverage was good through mid June. I called them about a month before I sold my house to cancel...I finally got in touch with Hayden because John was supposedly gone on vacation. I submitted my signed cancellation but Hayden never turned it in. I got a notification from Citizens that my policy was in default. I called them and told them that I canceled the policy in May and they said they never received it. I called Allen insurance and finally got in touch with John. He said he would take care of it since Hayden (who is completely worthless) never turned it in. As of today, Ive never heard anything back. So needless to say, because of them, I was cheated out of what little refund I had coming back. Moral of the story...WORTHLESS COMPANY! Go with someone else! I did and my new agent is awesome!

Maddy Bird Kat was super helpful and easy to speak to, and made picking a plan far less overwhelming. I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I cant say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me. Thanks Kat!

Manuel Rodriguez I was referred to agent Brandon with Demont Insurance Agency by my mentor. I was looking to save money, and agent Brandon was able to save me money and also have a better coverage in my auto insurance.
