I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I cant say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me.
