1 /5 Maya A: I don’t recommend this agency at all. I would give it minus stars if there is such a thing. Customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. If you have an issue and you call them for help. All you get is promises and no action. You will be assured that they will take care of the issue. Then you won’t hear from them for weeks. You call again to follow up, and all of sudden no one responds to your calls or emails; if by any chance someone answers, you get contradicting accounts. It’s a brokerage agency, so we were compelled to call the insurance company itself and the matter was resolved within days. Whats baffling, the insurance company has been receiving similar complaints about the agency, but they still work with it. Thank God we dont have to deal with it anymore. Dealing with this agency was frustrating and awful to say the least.
