Michael Miller Everytime I come to do Business with the City of Starke, the customer service is always amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. They run a pretty tight ship. I have not found petty drama, like in other cities. I have dealt with several offices within the city. The result has always been great. I look forward to getting more involved with the city. Thank you Starke for employing the best staff.

Pamela My financial meeting with Amy Micik exceeded my expectations! She was professional in that she asked me questions and listened to my responses. She took that information and made professional recommendations. It wasnt a cookie-cutter plan or response. She explained each recommendation and used language I could understand and relate to. She made me an actionable plan with a time frame that I felt extremely comfortable with and confident I could achieve them. If I had any uncertainty or questions, she was patient and explained everything in terms I could understand. Micheall Thomas I went to the Keys Federal Credit Union branch in Stock Island and had such a pleasant experience. The teller Frankie was so nice and helpful. Im handicap and she opened the door for me coming in and going out. She was so polite and friendly. I told her what I needed to do and she directed me to Ms. Rubi who also was friendly and polite. Rubi answered all my questions and was so sufficient. Before I knew it my business was complete. All with a smile.
