Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless.
He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help.
I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Jordan Tompkins Parker & Pam are awesome at what they do! If you need to invest your money into any sort of 401K, Roth IRA, etc etc go see them!!! They know their stuff! Excellent office with great customer service, the best I’ve came across in a long while. Highly recommend !!
