Since April 2020, (when stay at home orders where but in place)dealing with the agency,has become extremely difficult, this is why I gave them a 3 instead of a 1, because I realize this is not the lack of trying to give continued support to families in need. But that being said I must say that the software they put in place, is very poorly designed, it is very hard to understand, the drop down boxes do not we work well, and I have yet been able to speak to a representative, and get simple questions answered. In the county I reside in, you are my only resourc.Ive, been sick with Covid-19 for the past month, Im isolation, and without Electricty or water.please t as ke notice this us September and Ive been trying to get assistance since June 28th.
