Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Boynton Beach (FL)

1 /5 Carla Silva: This branch is the most pathetic branch I have visited. Went to get something notarized and they advised me they wouldn’t have someone for 2 hours that can notarize. How is it possible a bank only have one person that performs that service. Definitely thinking of moving my business and personal accounts

1 /5 Paul: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK If it wasn’t for the fact I have pensions paid into this bank from another country, which are very difficult to change, I would not be with Bank of America. The bank is understaffed at peak times and are disorganized. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time then reminded a staff member, she placed me in an empty office and told me someone would be along soon. This is a trick often used to placate the customer, after another 30 minutes and two complaints from me I was seen. If this would have been one occasion I would let it go but it is the norm.

5 /5 Patrick Dwyer: I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time. 1 /5 ricardo salas: Worst Bank of United States. They won’t help you at all. They denied to help a customer. Bad customer service. They make a mistake about a deposit and they won’t even try to help me find a solution. They just ignore me and do nothing Please make yourself. A favor. Move your account to another bank

1 /5 Lucie Jerome: This is the worst Bank of America to go, they let you stand in line for more than 30 minutes and when they finally call you and the Spanish lady had the worst customer service, instead of her cashing my check and sending me on my she continues to run her mouth about being patient, I was patient for a whole 30 minutes. People shouldn’t have to wait in line at a bank Financial Center for that long. They’re crazy people out there. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but if I don’t I wouldn’t be able to write the review. She goes to say I’m not a business customer?? I’m bringing my business to the bank??? Like seriously, why she need to say all that I don’t know. This Happened 9/5/2024 between 4-5pm and this is not the first time I had an incident happened at that particular location. I had an appointment with someone there and they took 30 minutes to call me and they weren’t even busy but I didn’t want to write a review about the first incident but yesterday the lady was out of line, and her name was Andrea! I’m not the only person who complained about her
