5 /5 nathan brown: Just moved to Florida. Ive heard good things about Suncoast Credit Union so I stopped into the Dade City Branch. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. Her name was Savannah and she was very professional and efficient. Originally I was only going to open a checking account but after talking with the young woman, I decided to also open a savings account and a money market account. Im very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend the Dade City branch as well as Savannah. Five stars!

5 /5 Gatesmanone1: Ive had nothing but excellent service from sun coast. Well dressed employees, all giving out great customer service. There is one man who works there, RICKY PEREZ. Hello!!! This young man is Always friendly, helps with simple issues too. I forgot my password, came into the DC branch and he helped me so fast and cheerful. He didnt hand me a 800 number and tell me to call them. He could write a book on customer service, and CERTAINLY TEACH IT, to other people in customer service. I too, am in customer service, so I certainly know and can recognize a person who goes well beyond their job duties to be helpful to a customer. I sure his boss reads this review, because he is the best in that branch. I mentioned his name to one of my Co worker, and he knew exactly who I was talking about. Ge said yes, that Ricky. Best associate that have there in that branch. All I could say, was I agree and more.

She consistently goes above and beyond to help me, whether it’s opening certificates to build my savings, securing a credit card, or even financing my first vehicle. Sandra is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her members’ success. She is truly an asset to Suncoast, and because of her exceptional service, I will never go anywhere else.
