1 /5 Pamela White: Worst experience Ive ever had with a mortgage company! This company is a scam. You can not call the company in West Palm Beach

1 /5 Cristina: If I could give it minus I would. I sold our house in June of 2022. I told them not to pay our homeowners insurance because I have already paid it. $15, 700.00 and six months later Im still waiting for my refund. I call once a week and of course a call center in India or the Philippines answer and NOTHING. I have had to resort for filing a law suit. Why are these people still in business. Maybe a class action suit would work...??? Anybody else have these problems?

Our success is grounded in a shared set of values, which guide our behavior and define the way we do business. People in Palm Beach office do not seem to understand your Mission statement or Values. We have been trying for months to find a person to file a satisfaction of mortgage so I can close on a house (contract signed in September). No one is willing to take responsibility. "We are working on it" is the message given. There is no incentive for anyone to do ther job. I need a contact with authority to help me through this frustrating situation. The title company calls every day for a status report....no results. Is this the way you do business? I have followed the lawsuits from the Florida Attorney General and feel it might be necessary to contact her office about this. It is inconceivable that no one would respond to this email - which is going to you all and other officers in the company. Who is in control here?

1 /5 Amaris Pena: Absolutely HORRIBLE company. I paid off my home and they added additional charges after the payoff I was unaware of until the charges went up another $30. Then when I tried to pay the $1000 additional charges over the phone they stated the minimum they could take is $1500? How does that make any sense? Do not work with this company. They are ridiculous and do not care for their customers at all.

1 /5 Josh Akers: The absolute worst Business to work with. PHH mortgage reputation precedes itself. It fails to provide any form of reliable customer service and basic requests last minimum 30 days. As a veteran I am attempting to work to have my taxes adjusted and they refuse to work with me or the State. I would hardly call this institution a business. I have to resort to seeking legal action to have such a simple issue resolved.
