Whitney Little I have experienced only the upmost professional and personal expert service while working with Peggy Daven and her talented jewelers. I have visited the shop many times, having jewelry fixed, from major to minor repairs, or making purchases. My jewelry is always returned looking better and being stronger and more reliable than the piece was when I dropped it off initially. The Peggy Daven team takes great pride in their work and are an endless resource on everything having to do with jewels. I would not entrust my jewelry with anyone else. Not to mention that Daven and her jeweler’s handmade work is stunning and of unparalleled quality. If I am wanting or needing a beautiful piece of jewelry for myself or as a gift, I only need to stop by one special shop- Peggy Daven. One jewelers in particular, Leon Higgins, is a particular joy to work with on anything from a jewelry repair to your decision to purchase what will become a family heirloom. His knowledge is unmet by anyone else I have met on the island, or anywhere in the world, frankly. He is warm and kind, and he makes great effort to fully understand what you’re looking for as a customer. Every expert at Peggy Daven will go out of their way to make your jewelry dreams a reality! As one of my all time favorite shops, a well earned 5 stars!

Marcus Watson I had a great experience at Lang Jewelry. I brought in my silver chains that had a bent opening , and they not only fixed them for free but also cleaned them. All on the same day. The service was quick and professional, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also have a really nice selection of jewelry and watches. I highly recommend Lang Jewelry for both their quality and customer service.

Once she understood what I was looking for she got everything together and I walked out in under an hour with a beautiful new customized piece and a piece I already owned was repaired and cleaned!!! sandra samaan We had such a great experience at Keno Brothers Jewelers. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two adorable fur babies. Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.

Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!
