2 /5 Mary Clark: I applied for a loan through the app, and was told to call the branch. When I called they basically said they were too busy to help right now to call back tomorrow. So I did, and had to then reapply again over the phone and was told that I might hear back later that day (Friday) but probably wouldnt hear back until Monday. I waited to hear from someone and when I didnt I decided to call back to see what was going on. Was told that I needed a cosigner. Which is not the problem, the problem is that they advertise that it only takes a few minutes to apply and turns out that you dont find out anything for at least a few days and you will have to be the one to call back and see if they want your business or not. Its like if they know you dont qualify then you dont matter enough to even be called back.
