Gerry with-a-G A MASTERCLASS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Gabby helped me with opening an account the other day & provided world-class service one would come to expect from larger institutions! As I walked into their front lobby, Gabby grabbed my attention and acknowledged me with a smile, a friendly greeting & welcomed me to the Credit Union. Now, thats a warm welcome, I thought to myself. Her tone of sincerity when she asked "How may I be of service to you" is what crystalized by first impression of the credit union: a place Iād like to do business with. We went through the process of opening my account as Gabby paid special attention to the fact that I had just moved into Ocala. She pointed out the other branch in town along with a thorough overview of all their services - not taking anything for granted. Our conversation was driven by her questions, seeking to understand my banking needs, so I sensed that she was not working off a "service script" like so many other credit unions. For the first time in about 3 decades, my experience in dealing with a credit union was not painful. It was pleasant, efficient, and gave me the confidence that this place will treat me right, like a TRUE partner would. Now, I look forward to my next visit. Extra bonus: She didnt have to wish me "Have a Magical Day"... as I was already on cloud 9!
