1 /5 Hotshot Hauling Mikes “Mikes Hotshot”: Awful service!! I was the 2nd in line and there was only 1 person working the counter and 3 working the drive thru. Took 35 minutes to cash a check. Ridiculous!!! Glad I don’t bank here….

5 /5 Heather Smith: I had a check that had to be on hold for 6 days... I mentioned to the lady at the counter that I was so hoping to use some of that money for my anniversary weekend. She told me that if I called her on Friday she would try to release some of it.. I called her on Friday and we were not able to talk.. I checked my bank app and sure enough she had put some money in my account.. Thank you to Karylis M. for being part of making my weekend away so AMAZING ! I also was in the back today on another matter and she remembered me... Made a point to come over and ask about my weekend ! She is GREAT at her job.. She has amazing customer service and that is so hard to find now days.. A big THANK YOU ! One happy customer.

1 /5 Richard Wallace: Good luck on talking to a REAL LIVE person on the telephone. I was going to open a large CD but wanted to talk with a person on the phone prior to going to the CU. All I could get were automated messages.
