Raena Etang Shoutout to Jenna for helping me get my car insurance today! She was very helpful. I was having trouble getting past the "license number" part. It keeps telling me that I had to enter a valid license number even when I entered my valid license number. Then I decided to have Jenna call me and help me with it. It was a smooth process with her. No dull moments too as we were joking about dealing with technical problems on the website or just using technology in general. I like Jennas genuine approach to customer service. Kudos to her!

Daniel Howard I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! I started a communications company in 2011 and Sheila was the only one in the state of Florida that took the time to write me a Workers Compensation policy. I had tried 15 other insurance companies in Florida and several in Georgia and Texas, none of them would write me a policy. In my 5 years of doing business with Sheila and Bev, I have never had a problem or a complaint with them or any of their staff. I frequently ask them to send out certificates to our clients and they are the first to get the certificate sent and the first to send an email confirmation back to me. In addition to the Workers Compensation policy, I also have an Inland Marine policy with them, to insure some of my equipment. This year Bev saved me $274 on my premium for the Inland Marine policy! After canceling my policy (bc my car broke down) then needing insurance again (bc I got a car again), sam was able to get me a policy that was cheaper than what I was paying before!
