Kyle L Jane at First Florida was able to provide insurance coverage on a house that no one else would because of some cloth wiring. Thanks to her, we were able to close on time and repair the wiring after closing. Great service, highly recommended.

Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away

Ted Treesh Brightway has been fantastic to deal with. Bethany Killman and Mike Beeson are always quick to respond to any requests and questions I have. I’ve had personal policies with Brightway for over 5 years and never a complaint. Would highly recommend. I hate insurance but it’s great to have Brightway to help keep the policies as reasonable as possible.
