Of course you have to do your part to get the special discounts. Recently I had a loss, and they come through for me. Right from the start, everyone was friendly and professional. The appraiser Ken, and the claims adjuster Kimberly, followed up throughout the process making it easy. I am very impressed with how organized and fast everything went.
