S G I have been using Regus office spaces for over 6 months now, roughly about 5 of them, with my main office in South Florida. Out of all the spaces that I have used I can say the attention at the front desk by far exceeds the rest. You can always argue which space has the best amenities, views etc etc. But what really defines any business is the customer service, and Aly and Sarah define what this is. They make my clients feel welcomed when they walk in the door. I highly recommend!

Juana Portela I really dont know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. Ive been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I dont know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent. I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technologys fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money thats been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the banks fault so Im not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.

Gabe Andrew P. Made a mistake and put myself in a situation with Anytime Fitness and was sent to collections. I thought they were bluffing until my credit report came back. Called up here and spoke with Jenn to which I paid my balance in full. Shockingly, my score went up +30 within a week of paying it. Completely wiped from my report. Jenn was an awesome associate. Very pleasant and sympathetic. Had I known it was this easy, I would’ve done it months ago. :)
