1 /5 judith ferdinand: Regus is a scam!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! They are terrible and I am not even sure how they manage to stay in business. They increased their prices by adding more services than I requested in my contract. I had to contact them to get that resolve and they never refunded me. Then before my contract was over I requested not to renew my contact, they acknowledged that they received my request but never got in touch with me and instead they went on and renewed it for a whole other year. What a ripoff!!! I tried to contact them and they threat to bring me to collection if I put a stop payment on my card for them. I’ll wait and see how much longer they will be in business before they mess with the wrong person. Stay away from REGUS….. run while you can. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.

5 /5 S G: I have been using Regus office spaces for over 6 months now, roughly about 5 of them, with my main office in South Florida. Out of all the spaces that I have used I can say the attention at the front desk by far exceeds the rest. You can always argue which space has the best amenities, views etc etc. But what really defines any business is the customer service, and Aly and Sarah define what this is. They make my clients feel welcomed when they walk in the door. I highly recommend!

1 /5 Nikkia Bagley: Its really unfortunate that I have to give this 1 stars because Ally is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is friendly and professional and she made my business moving process easy I gave it a one for the unethical business practices by Jonathan the leasing coordinator. He was dishonest about the billing and to this day my billing is incorrect. Whats worse is that by the time you find out you have spent your money moving in and now youre "trapped" for lack of a better phrase. No one can give a logical ,valid explanation as to why the billing is wrong and/or doesnt make sense. Again Its unfortunate because the building is gorgeous, clean and in a prime location but the dishonesty is a turnoff. The only reason Im still there is because Ive spent a ton of money relocating my business and cant afford to move it.
