They made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, and even helped me with resizing to ensure the perfect fit of my necklace and bracelet. Margie Brodie GRANADA JEWELERS IS GREAT I had a beautiful wedding band set that was my mothers. Unfortunately, it was RUINED in the garbage disposal. It was a mess! I was heartbroken. We did salvage pieces of white gold and a few diamonds. The owner created a beautiful pendant for me. I totally recommend this business. Im still AMAZED! The staff is great too! Shannon safely packaged it and sent it to me right away.

I was extremely impressed with their selection of jewelry and timepieces… none of the run-of-the- mill stuff—rare, unique, and exquisite pieces! I appreciated that they didn’t carry the same cookie-cutter designs you see in other stores. Their art deco pieces are just incredible. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, rather it was truly an experience. The owners are very personable and we sat for hours just talking and learning about the history of some of the pieces that caught our eye. I haven’t seen this level of customer service anywhere in the area and it was so refreshing to support local and family owned business.
