Cristhian Deras BEAUTIFUL DONNA AND HER AMAZING ASSISTANT GORDON WERE SO GOOD. I just wanted to take a moment to express how truly grateful I am for the incredible service I received at Jared. Donna went above and beyond to help me find my keeled piece, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Their friendly attitudes and genuine care really stood out and made the entire process enjoyable. Charles Stickler I met Marc & Ashley a few weeks back at Gun Show in Melbourne, At the time I, was wanting to make sure my gun was complient wth federal laws as to brace. Also, asked if they did FFl NFA and she said yes. Ashley said come to shop after a few days due to schedule of events they were going to and I said great. Arrived at store and showed them weapon and they said It was not illegal and I didnt need one. So! after thinking about I caa=lled and Shley helped me with applying for stamp and took pics needed as well as finger prints to send with application. I am not cell phone vs in taking pic and computer. Ashley said no problem and we were done in jus over 30 mins to hour. I strongly recommed Aurora Armory as they are very knowledgeable anr are really great peple to deal with as I strongly recommend them for all you needs with ammo to ATF fillings.

Mark Hart Mikes Pawn and Jewelry is THE place to shop! I purchased a rifle and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Smiling, Happy, friendly and willing to answer all questions. The rifle I purchased was very reasonable in cost and like I said, I was able to ask all questions without feeling like I was bothering them at all. They are Eager to help. Kristin Veltema We are very happy with how well it went to have my 9 year old daughter’s ears pierced at this location! Amber did an amazing job calming my daughter’s nerves. She made the process simple, clean, and calm. I highly recommend going here and specifically Amber for your piercings! It’s been 6 days since she got her ears pierced and they are healing amazingly well and we have had no issues with swelling or infection (following Claire’s cleaning procedures). Thank you so much for a great experience!

A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.
