The staff went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered expert advice, and even helped me with customizations to make my jewelry truly unique. Not only was the selection big and stunning, but the customer service and the owner Richard were exceptional!!! They made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, and even helped me with resizing to ensure the perfect fit of my necklace and bracelet. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality jewelry and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place to go. This is definitely a gem hidden in Cape Coral. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Tio Jewelers to anyone looking for something special! 1 /5 Roberta Melius: Was in this store today 3 customers in store 1 person in front waiting on 1 customer another person waiting on another customer was in back taking care of them. Waited 15 minutes not one thing was said to me or asked me what I needed. The girl out front just stood there while the customer was looking and talking about what they were interested in. I asked to unlock door to let me out after I tried to get it open several times. I will never go back store and hope she got sale from the customer she was interested in. I think she should have greeted me and said something! I will be with you in a moment or something just ignore me the whole time and not even open door so I could leave until I asked! Poor service!
