Diamond Overstreet The group of people that run this store do an excellent job. Its tucked just off of 13th street, on a road that can get super busy, but theres plenty of parking on the side of the building opposite of Starbucks. Every time Ive come inside, theyve been nothing but respectful, knowledgeable, nice and understanding -- especially to repeat customers. Im no stranger to customer service, and they do a superb job Theyre thorough, speak highly of their customers, and take good care of the items they sell. In a pawn shop, these are very important qualities. Their store is a bit smaller, but they have a great selection as well. I definitely recommend.

I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.

Kristina Polak Went in to resize my engagement ring from a 7 to a 5.75. I was completely amazed at how affordable & quick the process was! I dropped my ring off and went back an hour later to pick it up. Very happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future. Brent Wood I visited this store recently needing a watch battery. It was closing time and wasnt sure if I could get it done. The owner was more than happy to do it. As a veteran, she thanked me for my service and wished me a merry Christmas. And did not charge me for my battery. It may seem like not so much of a big deal, but to me, it was. This lady restored my faith in people and her thankfulness for veterans. She inspired me to pay it forward this holiday season. Thank you for that. I encourage people to shop or use this store.

Very informative on the limitations of how much work could be performed on the specific piece of jewelry I brought in before its structural integrity would be compromised. Rings actually looked better than new when everything was finished and the price to quality of craftsmanship ratio was beyond fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their fine jewelry.

Even though I came in close to closing time, they did it right on the spot and came out to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted before soldering. Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.
