Lucy Barden In June we were traveling in Michigan with our RV and had a breakdown. I contacted Will’s office and was asked if we were in a safe place, and was informed we have road side assistance. Our damage was caused by road conditions and State Farm had us covered. Felica and Will go beyond and we are Happy to be part of their family.

taylor masten Melissa is the absolute best. I contacted 3 homeowners insurance companies when I was buying my first home, and her prices beat everyone by hundreds each month. Anytime I have contacted her, she responds immediately. It’s really nice having a direct contact like Melissa who’s communicating is outstanding. This is my second year with All Brevard Insurance, both my parents have them as well for their homes. Their prices and customer service is unbeatable! Thank you Melissa!!!

Christopher Snyder Im extremely disappointed with Frontline Insurance. After filing a claim, I felt like we were lowballed and shortchanged. The process was slow, and the settlement didnt cover nearly enough of our losses. It feels like they prioritized profits over people. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Frontline Insurance has been a nightmare to deal with. They found every way possible to minimize our payout. The adjuster seemed more interested in finding loopholes than honoring their customers policy. Thousands of dollars in losses, and were still waiting for a fair resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive, and its clear theyre more focused on their bottom line than their customers needs. Avoid them at all costs. They never paid us because we didnt come to an agreement now that the time ran out they dont want to pay us nothing. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM! STAY AWAY FROM FRONT LINE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: Frontline Insurance ripped my family off thousands of dollars after we filed a legitimate claim. Their adjusters seemed more like investigators trying to find reasons to deny coverage rather than helping us through a tough time. The communication was poor, the process was slow, and the final settlement was insultingly low. Its clear theyre prioritizing profits over people. Weve had to fight tooth and nail for every penny, and its been incredibly stressful. Id advise anyone considering Frontline Insurance to think twice – there are better options out there that actually care about their customers.

Dylan They do their best to guide you. If you dont succeed, its because you didnt do your part, or you pulled out too early. If they say do 25, do 50 always. If you dont know what this means, you will, and once you get it, youll do just fine. Wouldve kept working here if I hadnt caught a virus that almost killed me. (Also not their fault)
