Carrie Himmelsbach Debra took care of all of my insurance needs. She is the most thorough, responsive, and informative insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I contacted several agents before choosing her. Being new to South Florida, she educated me quickly about what home insurance looks like down here... wind, homeowners, flood, etc. She helped me work toward additional credits by making some changes to my new home in order to get the deductions. She also took care of our cars and personal items. I highly recommend working with her at CIAG!

Robert Robison I had the pleasure of dealing with Hunter Smalt, and he was a Rockstar! I really had no idea how I was going to afford insurance with my daughter (new driver) added to my account. Laurie DelVecchio Be aware GEICO doesnt train their employees to do the right thing and fix problems when they screw up and admit it. We purchased a car back in Nov 2021, and asked to have all coverage from one car to be put on the NEW CAR. Well today when I went to use said insurance (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance) I didnt have it. It was one of the things I was emphatic about having. We have had it on all our cars before. They admitted they have seen it on the other cars. But sorry we didnt put it on this car. "Nothing we can do" said the person from GEICO. Thanks for NOTHING, GEICO!

Roger Emery Henry Pertkiewicz is my insurance agent with Brightway Insurance. He assisted me in my effort to change my Homeowner insurance provider. He found a policy with better coverage at a lower cost. He was extremely helpful during this process and I decided that if I needed assistance in any other insurance needs, I would contact Henry.
