1 /5 Don Cayelli: We recently had to cancel a policy after the death of our father and Nancy Sorrentino could not have been more unhelpful. She answered the phone, listened to what needed to be done and then abruptly transferred us to the main 800 number. After being on hold for an hour, the system disconnected us, so we called Nancy back again. She alerted us that she "doesnt do customer service and if they disconnected us, we should just try calling another day". Then she literally hung up on us too. After dealing with such a sad loss, Ms. Sorrentino left us feeling really awful. I would never recommend using AAA to anyone especially at this location. Good riddance and best of luck.
