Joe So far, my experience has been great. I loved their website and the ease of building a quote. I created multiple quotes, in fact. I really liked that I was able to do that and adjust coverage levels in every area to find the middle ground where I was satisfied with the coverage limits as well as the premium. Made me very comfortable with the company as everything is very transparent and upfront during the process. Real decent rates, and you are rewarded for claim free years. An incentive is always nice. Plus, it motivates the homeowner to keep up with maintenance, repairs, and the overall condition and safety of your home. I just completed the self inspection today. I actually enjoyed completing it, and it makes you take a good close look at many areas of your home that you may not otherwise. How often do you get down on your hands and knees to inspect the lines, fittings, and tank bolts of your toilets? While mine all look great and are newer, I could have easily spotted something cracked and/or about to fail, that could have resulted in lots of water damage, expenses, and just a huge messy headache. Makes you realize things like this should be inspected every so often as its definitely in your best interest. So everything is just pending the results of the inspection. But to this point, between all the positive online reviews, great website, the extremely friendly and responsive customer service I received online, and the companies overall reputation, its nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you, OpenHouse, for this breath of fresh air at a time when insurance companies are either leaving the state or raising rates by ridiculous percentages on folks. You guys have been phenomenal thus far!!!

Christian Devinny Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.

Stefanie Overturf Brady and his team are the best!! They give personal and detailed attention to my business and personal insurance lines. We have a floor cleaning business and require specialized coverage and Chapman Insurance has always done tons of research to find what we need and keep us covered!!
