1 /5 Cinthia Gil: My employment terminated with an employer that uses this company for 401k. I am very disappointed in the process they have to rollover your funds to another employers 401k provider.
There is no option on the online account to begin this process, and if there is, its surely hard to find it! I had to call in the 800 number online to do so.
Upon calling this number, you are moved around from department to department. Youre giving away your SSN to multiple people who "cannot find an account with that number".
On hold everytime they transfer my call to the next department.... on the phone now for over 40 minutes and they cant find my account..... I am looking straight at it... logged in...
In addition to this, I can hardly understand what they are saying, the accent is very strong. Every person I speak to sounds to be from a place where they hardly speak English.
I am not someone who gets disappointed easily. This company needs to do better. I cant imagine what would happen if someone passes away and their significant other needs to collect... they are not running an ethical business.
The outcome... They never found my account so I hung up and emailed... I am not too hopeful about getting the help I need.
