Angel I just wanted to say this branch and Credit union is the best by far. Their customer service at this location is outstanding. And their new head teller Shonna went above and beyond. Helping me with all my questions that I had. I am definitely going to recommend this branch and Credit Union to all my friends and family.

Jennifer Helms I received a phone call from this company to schedule delivery but before they scheduled my delivery the girl on the phone asked me how we were going to unload the parcel from the delivery truck. I asked her why she was asking me that. They had been hired to deliver the product so it should be their responsibility to get it off the truck. After she put me on hold and had a conversation with someone there she came back on the phone and said they could deliver it and that we would not need anything to get it off the truck. We then scheduled the delivery time and again she mentioned something about having a way to get it off the truck. I again told her they were hired to get it off the truck so the expectation was that they would do just that. The delivery was set for 3pm on Tuesday. I was told someone had to be there so we took off work to be there. No one showed up. I called at 3:30 and they said it was next on the delivery and would be there in 20 minutes. At 6pm they still were not there. At that point they said 45 minutes. I then get a call at 7:11 from the company saying if you still want it delivered we can come deliver it now and be there in ten minutes or we can reschedule. I said we have taken off to get it today. We want it delivered. So at 7:30 the product that was supposed to be delivered at 3 was delivered. I would never hire this company to deliver anything.

Dr. Crystal Morris-Newsom This isn’t a scam. A scam by definition is being dishonest or fraudulent. On your very FIRST call they provide you with the refund policy so everyone is on the same page which DOES include being timely with your payments. Think about it, how can you expect them to honor a 90-day money back guarantee if you don’t pay on time? Time is of the essence and a late payment means a delay in them sending out your dispute letters which means it will take longer to get results. They complete a full audit of your entire credit report and get your first set of letters out within 48 hours. Their customer service is AMAZING! You can even text message them questions. They are so friendly and willing to help. Each month you receive credit tips to build your financial literacy so you don’t make the same mistakes with your credit in the future. My credit score increased by 20 points so far and it’s only been 1 month. Crystal is my rep and I’m excited for future progress! If you don’t use what they provide and aren’t obedient to the requirements they tell you clearly on the FIRST call, it’s unfair to complain about the lack of results. Accountability in adults is lacking in today’s society and it’s sad because this is really a good company that truly tries to help people when there are other companies like Lexington Law who were only about the money and not about helping people.

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.
