A K I have blocked their number, only to be called a dozen other times with various other numbers. I’ve called back, dialed nine to be removed, spoken to agents, and still continue to receive call after call after call. This company seems to think harassing people until they cave in and accept their services is best practice. It is not. If anything, I’m that much more likely to file a civil suit against them. The calls are unacceptable. From now on, I’ll call you back and waste your time walking me through your loans just to decline the offers after an hours time each and every single time you call me. Tyler Reed I have a 2005 F450 that had the engine replaced a year ago with a Ford Reman Engine by the previous owner. The engine dropped an injector. I took the truck to Murray due to possible warranty on the engine. Carey, I think his name was, in the service department was extremely helpful with getting this issue resolved. I even talked with Mike, the commercial salesman about a new truck in the near future and he was very helpful and not pushy like some salespeople. The few techs I talked to were also nice guys and I would trust them to work on any of my vehicles. Turn around time, especially for a truck of this age was pretty quick. 2 days and I had my truck back. Hard finding good dealers anymore but this one is great!

Don Weiss A customer since 99, I have noticed longer drive thru lines recently and what appears to be fewer employees. As far as service, I never had a problem, and everyone was always kind. (Update:) Recently I needed help with another matter and Jeffrey, Mgr., was more than happy to assist me.

Lady Love Again today I wasnt able to log into my account because their system was down. This happens often and its inconvenient. Phone hold time is too long. Besides these things, I do get courteous service.

Bruce Pajak I use to bank here when I lived in Key West. I use to work in Keys Enterprise on the 3rd floor so it made it easy for banking here. The tellers are very professional, helpful employees. Never any problems with my accounts. Always ATMs available when traveling across Florida. This is good location, good people
