Kristina Walker We hired Chana to represent my husband and his siblings during the estate process. It was not an easy process, and we had a lot of questions. Chana was patient and understanding, and I dont think she sleeps because she responded to emails late into the evening and early in the am. She was supportive when we thought we were losing our minds, and she was wise when providing council. She also remained cool, calm, and collected under stressful times. During it all as a client I wanted to know everything ask questions all day and Melanie’s communication was not quite there. I would constantly call asking if there was anything new. When there was not. Frustrated I thought maybe this isn’t it. Then Melanie got to court. She not only showed that she listened to everything I said, although it may not have been talked about, but she also did her own research. That’s when I learned that I have to be patient cause half the stuff she brought up in court if she would’ve told me I might’ve opened my mouth and the other side would have a one up. Yes the communication is not the best but her work ethic and listening is there. I’m here to say I won my case I’m able to bring my child from Florida to Pennsylvania due to Melanie doing her job.
