Maria Fajardo I had reservations about a “As Is” Real Eastate deal and I wanted to back out of it. The home had a 40 yr old, missing, loose, cracked tiles, Electrical panel and Polybutylene pipes that needed replacing and 2 Home Insurance brokers were unwilling to insure the home. Seller fixed the pipes and electrical panel but, not the roof. Closing date had passed and we extended a few times due to the seller not willing to fix a 24 broken/missing tiles and Mrs. Nunez helped me with the decision. The seller and I made a deal for him to fix the roof and we’re now for him to finish so, we can close the deal.

Victoria Winzinger Very helpful and everyone you talk to is polite and if you have the leave a message for someone they quicker to return a call than a doctors office would. They are willing to help in anyway they can with certain cases. The newest state attroney is very knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain either your own options or options of the other party involved. They are fairly easy to reach and if leave a message you dont get dismissed or ignored by any one that working there, unlike other counties have dealt with.
