I had been putting it off for a while because the whole process felt kind of overwhelming, but she made everything so simple and easy to understand. From the start, Ms. Payne was super patient and took the time to explain all the options in a way that actually made sense. She really listened to what I wanted and helped create a plan that fit my needs perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure you feel comfortable with every decision. What I appreciated most was how approachable and responsive she was.
