Sebastian We have been banking with Suncoast Credit Union for over a decade so this is my third updated review (first was 5 stars, second when they moved locations was 3 stars, third is this review and they have indeed fixed the ATM outages from my last review) and Ive bumped it back up to 5 stars. Theyre great all around from having many great services and partnerships with genuinely good Arcadia and Govt support groups to the employees who do their job, but if youre trying to do something you should be able to do they will really try hard for you. I would have just bumped it up to 4 stars but the staff and speediness and helpfulness outside of banking on top of being a good credit union warrant 5 stars in my opinion. I dont think Ive had to wait more than 6 minutes to see someone even when its filled. And, cherry on top, they are lead by a great manager with good morals and stick-to-itiveness. She leads by example and I imagine thats why the employees are all so helpful. She does her due diligence, puts her heart into it and its very respectable; exactly the type of person youd want leading your credit union.

Mathew P Theyre so great over here at amscot!! They hold a special place in my heart theyve helped me so very much. People talk about the crazy interest rate but really its like twenty to forty bucks to get some cash for a couple few weeks and really its no different than having a really good friend that knows youll pay them back so you throw a little on top. Thank you team, your greatly appreciated! Read some of the other reviews and decided to expand upon my review. These people behind the counter work extremely fast and are very efficient at what they do to be honest. Ive been using amscot and tell ya what Ive NEVER had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and if they ask something of you its because they NEED it to do their job. Theyre not being any kind of way about anything except for following protocol which is their job. To anyone I ask that had a bad experience [ I get everyones not having the best day but remember theres two sides to every story]. How did you act? These people are good right in right out, they handle the lines well, they move them through fast anyways so theres really not much of a line to speak of.

Dominique James I love it. I see a lot of people upset about the Merrill lynch security not allowing pedestrian to walk through. Well its for their employees safety. I wouldnt want someone to rob/attack me when I should be feeling safe in the comfort of my job. I love our security personnel they take real good care of thing while we work.
