Travis Licht Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.

Roger Pratt Jill Spatola helped me organize my 401k and pension accounts into one simple account that is easy to understand and keep track of. She was able to explain this to me in plain English that made sense! Thank you so much!
