It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Marla Ottenstein A friend of a friend, of a friend told me about H.M. Rose Jewelry (formally Kristoff Jewelers). From the moment I met Michael, I knew I had stumbled upon a gem (excuse the pun). Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. Everyone calls to tell me how pleased they are with the superlative customer service and with their jewelry.

Felicia Stansbury We had a girls night out and The Zap Bar was our first stop. Dylan was so sweet and very informative with the jewelry pieces. The atmosphere was a vibe in itself. I was surprised how quick the process was. A group of 6 and we were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. We all left with a cute new piece. Definitely recommend to make this a stop on your next girls outing or day date.

Ed Ludke What a wonderful Jewelry shop to have so close! Georgene was super friendly, helpful, but very laid back. We bought four different pieces by the time all was said and done and the prices were great and straight forward. This was our first time here, but it wont be our last!

Tatiana Jaacks Hands down my favorite jeweler in Florida! Went to multiple places looking for help to design my engagement ring and found Diamond Bay Jewelers to be the best fit. Monica and Tiffany made the process seamless and fun! Even when I thought I was being too picky on the size and shape they were incredibly patient and kind showing me multiple options. I felt that they really cared to ensure I got the right diamond and setting for my ring. My now fiancé and I loved my ring so much that we went back to get his wedding band as they had a great selection of men’s rings to try on and we ended up with even better than what he first imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want to design a ring and you want to see options and enjoy the process, they are absolutely the kindest souls in the area and my fiancé and I could not be happier with our rings! I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry to be fixed here, on top of being so kind, and quick… they also make sure to keep their pricing affordable, especially compared to other places. I even went there one time thinking i would need to purchase a whole new gold clasp for my necklace, but the amazing woman working said “let me try something”.. Not only did she FIX it, when i asked what i owed her, she told me nothing. An amazing family to do business with, i’ve been amazed at how they everyone who walks through the door every time Ive gone there!
